Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the process take?+

Most straightforward Wills are completed within 7 days of your consultation. LPAs may take slightly longer where two people or OPG registration are involved.

How does the consultation work?+

All consultations take place over the phone. No need to travel or take time off work. We'll call you at a time that suits you, Monday to Friday.

Are your fees really fixed?+

Yes. The price you're quoted at the start covers the full service. If your circumstances turn out to need extra work, we'll always agree any additional fee with you in writing first.

Can I update my Will later?+

Yes, we recommend reviewing your Will every few years or after major life events such as marriage, divorce, or the birth of a child. We offer discounted update services for existing clients.
