Please read and confirm the following before we proceed with your instructions. You will be asked to confirm these again during booking, so that your agreement is recorded alongside your appointment.

If Your Circumstances Change If your instructions change, or it becomes clear that your circumstances require something outside the scope described on our service pages, we will always tell you and agree any additional fee with you in writing before carrying out further work. We will never undertake chargeable work without your prior agreement.
